Return and Refund Policy

We hope that you love your Amazing Me purchase, and your satisfaction is our priority.  If you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange eligible item(s) as follows - contact us at melissa@yourteamharmony.com within 45 days from the date of purchase.  The item(s) should be unworn.  Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange and state your reason.  You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.   All refunds/exchanges are issued within 7 - 10 business days of receipt.

DEFECT POLICY

As our journals are handcrafted, they are perfectly imperfect.  While allowing for some minor imperfections, we stand behind the functionality of each and every journal.  If you experience a material defect which inhibits you from using your journal(s) in a common-use manner, please contact us as above, and we will joyfully exchange your journal(s).
